Program Eligibility

You must be 17 years old or over with a valid machine readable passport (your passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity) and fit into one of the following categories:

  • Korean citizens with a residence ID card; Overseas Korean nationals who don’t have a residence registration number are eligible if they have a Registration Card of Domestic Residence;
  • Korean nationals aged between 14 and 16 who do not have residence ID card may use the auto-gates if they receive consent from their parents and are accompanied by their parents;
  • US citizens who are members of Global Entry;
  • Registered foreign residents with any of the following visas; D-7(Intra-Corporate Transferee), D-8(Corporate Investor), D-9(Business Trader), E-1(Professor), E-3(Researcher), E-4(Technical Trainer), E-5(Professional) and accompanying family members(F-3) of aforesaid status holders. F-6(Spouse of Korean citizen), F-5(Permanent Residence), F-2(Residence) status holders and their spouse and children over the age of 17(F-2);
  • Foreign crews with F4 multiple landing visa status;
  • Korean Airlines priority card holders;
  • Hong Kong e-Channel members;
  • Foreign nationals whose home country has signed an MOU with Korea on the mutual automated immigration clearance;

Fast Track Access

You can fast track passport control in every departure and arrival hall at the following airports in the Republic of Korea:

Gimpo International Airport
Gimhae International Airport
Jeju International Airport
Incheon Port International Passenger Terminal 1 

 

Program Description

Korean citizens can use the Smart Entry Service gates as soon as they have been accepted onto the program and until the expiration date of passport. Foreign citizens can use the Smart Entry Service for 5 years from the date of acceptance onto the SES program however if their passport expires before this date they must reapply for membership and pay all eligible fees. You will not receive an entry or exit stamp when you use the SES gate, however you can ask a KIS immigration officer for a passport stamp if you need one.

REFUND policy

Did you change your mind about using our service? The quickest way to get a refund is to email info@fasttrackpassportcontrol.com. We will process your refund within 24 business hours. There is no need to go via PayPal to get your refund - this will be a lot slower and can take up to several weeks if you make a chargeback.

Please note we refund in full for applications not submitted or processed.
