Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Privilege Program:


How long is the Privilege card valid?

The Privilege card is valid for one calendar year as of its issue date.


Can I lend my Privilege card to my partner?

No. The card can only be used by the cardholder exclusively. It is forbidden to hand over, lend or otherwise transfer the right of use of the card to third parties.


What should I do if I lose my Privilege card?

In the event of loss or damage to the card, you must email  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; A temporary card will be issued immediately and is valid until a new permanent card is sent to the Privilege card member.


Is it necessary to have an interview before the Privilege card is issued?

No. Privilege membership does not depend on an interview. All you have to do is fill out the application form and wait until you receive your card.


Can I use my Privilege card in place of my passport?

No. You cannot use a Privilege card in place of a passport. It is not a valid citizenship document and can be used only to fast track immigration / passport control as well as using the other benefits associated with the card.


Can I use my Privilege card even if I have a new passport or my old passport has expired?

Yes - there is no need to update your passport information when you renew your documents, but you must always carry a valid passport with you when you travel.

Did you change your mind about using our service? The quickest way to get a refund is to email We will process your refund within 24 business hours. There is no need to go via PayPal to get your refund - this will be a lot slower and can take up to several weeks if you make a chargeback.
