What is TAV Passport Card?

TAV Passport is an exclusive membership programwith limited membership. TAV Passport provides unlimited services and privileges at airports in Turkey.


Do I have to live in Turkey to be a TAV Passport member?

No, it is not obligatory to live in Turkey for being a card holder. Citizens from all over the word may apply.


What do I have to do to benefit from the special privileges for TAV Passport Edition card members?

All you have to do is scan your TAV Passport Edition Card at the points of service or show it to the relevant staff prior to receiving the service.


How long does it take to get the TAV Passport card?

The card will be delivered to you within 7 working days if you are in Turkey and 10 working days if you live outside of Turkey.


How will I get my TAV Passport card?

Your TAV Passport card will be mailed to the delivery address listed on your application form.


How long is the TAV Passport card membership valid for?

The membership is valid for 1 year and can be renewed after this time by filling out another application form.


Do I have to attend and interview to get a TAV Passport card?

Only Turkish citizens have to attend an interview to give their biometric data (fingerprints and T.R. ID numbers). This allows Turkish citizens to use the pass at the passport control system, which was previously performed by police forces. 


If I give my TAV Passport card to someone else, can s/he benefit from the service too?

No. The TAV Passport card may not be used by anyone other than the person under whose name it is registered.


Can I be sure that my TAV Passport information is kept confidential?

I lost my TAV Passport card, what do I need to do?

You need to call the Call Center on +90 212 444 25 75. A new card will be delivered to your address and the old card will be canceled.


My TAV Passport card does not work, what do I need to do?

You need to call the Call Center at +90 212 444 25 75 and inform them that your card is not working, you will be sent a new one.


Can my guests pass along the TAV Passport lanes?

Yes, one guest can also use the TAV Passport lane with you.


Can my guests use the TAV Passport lounge services free of charge?

TAV Passport Edition Card members are entitled to invite one guest free of charge. Every guest exceeding this number may benefit from the lounge service, provided that they pay 12 Euro +VAT. 


Can my child benefit from the TAV Passport lounge services free of charge?

Yes. Children under the age of 18 may benefit from the TAV Passport lounge services provided they are accompanied by a TAV Passport member.

REFUND policy

Did you change your mind about using our service? The quickest way to get a refund is to email info@fasttrackpassportcontrol.com. We will process your refund within 24 business hours. There is no need to go via PayPal to get your refund - this will be a lot slower and can take up to several weeks if you make a chargeback.

Please note we refund in full for applications not submitted or processed.
