Using the Privium Lounge

 

The Privium ClubLounge offers a large, calm, tranquil environment with a chic neutral decor. The lounge is fitted out with office equipment, internet and work spaces, a reading corner, a well-stocked bar and an exclusive Light Energy Cabin where weary travellers can relax.  It is the perfect place for business travellers to network. Privium Plus members can wait for their flight in the comfort of the Privium ClubLounge. Only Privium Plus membership entitles you to use the Privium ClubLounge. The lounge is located between departure lounge 1 and 2, opposite desk row 9 in the protected area after Customs, once you have completed the iris scan. It’s easily recognizable with a huge blue eye pupil on the door.

The Privium ClubLounge is open from Sunday - Friday from 06:00 - 20:30 hrs and closed during the following national holidays: 

  • Christmas: 25 - 26 December
  • New Year's Day
  • Easter Sunday, Easter Monday
  • Ascension Day
  • Whit Sunday
  • Whit Monday: 8 – 9 June

On entering the lounge, you must present your Privium Plus membership card and a valid air ticket, e-ticket of boarding pass. Privium ClubLounge access will also be granted to partners of Privium Plus members so long as they have joined the Privium Plus Partner Program, are in possession of their Privium Plus Partner membership card and are accompanied by a Privium Plus member – again Partner members must hold valid boarding passes or tickets. Exceptions are made to new Privium applicants who are attending their Privium interview or existing members who are reporting or replacing a missing Privium card. Privium Plus members may also buy a guest voucher for any accompanying travellers excluding children under 12 years old. Amsterdam Schiphol Privium ClubLounge has the right to deny access to guests of the Privium Plus members. Please note: pets are not allowed in the Privium ClubLounge.

REFUND policy

Did you change your mind about using our service? The quickest way to get a refund is to email info@fasttrackpassportcontrol.com. We will process your refund within 24 business hours. There is no need to go via PayPal to get your refund - this will be a lot slower and can take up to several weeks if you make a chargeback.

Please note we refund in full for applications not submitted or processed.
